2022 saw the introduction of our amazing Year Six Mini Police Team.

Mini Police is a national project run by Police Forces to encourage positive engagement at a young age with the Police and linked agencies. Thames Valley Police have been running this successful scheme for a number of years and we were delighted to join this year.

Our Year Six pupils completed application forms, were interviewed and 20 children were selected.

This year we have helped at the Reading Half Marathon, taken part and completed a traffic / road safety policing operation - TVP Twitter update, had input from the British Transport Police, completed a ‘bleep test’, been visited by a Police Dog and most recently have been involved in the Southcote Community Improvement project.
